Back in high school, I tutored English and History. I graduated as valedictorian of my class. My SAT score in writing was 610 and in Reading 620. My ACT scores for English and Reading were 29 and 31. Now, I tutor in the writing center at college and help my friends with their papers. I also work as a proofreader for the Bob Jones University Press. I love tutoring students who are struggling to grasp the concept they are learning. Seeing them experience the proverbial "light bulb moment" excites me. I am willing to do whatever I can to help someone better understand their material or improve their writing. At the university, I have taken several classes that pertain to the subjects I wish to tutor in. Here is a list of them all: English 102, En 103, Late British Literature, Early American Lit, Expository Writing, and Foundations of Economics.
